Our detached house was fully renovated in 2012 and now provided with all amenities. This retired farmhouse is situated on  a road with a dead end and own garden of 1000m². The former hay-loft is still empty, your next neighbours are 170 yards away and you are the only renter, so a lot of privacy is assured. 

Located in the picturesque village Bodendorf am Kreischberg, we are just 5 minutes drive from the ski resort of Kreischberg. The area offers a wide range of leisure facilities. In summer there is hiking, biking, golf and horse riding. Whilst in winter, skiing and snowboarding as well as sledging or ice skating are the main activities available.

The golf course boasts 18 challenging holes and can be reached within 5 minutes by car.

On request the Bakery delivers fresh bread in the morning to the door.

On the ground floor you’ll find a storage room for ski’s, garden furniture and all kind of children outdoor toys.

In the spacious garden and balcony you can enjoy the sun all day.
